How is price scored?

The cheapest total cost gets the full price weight; every other bid gets the weight × (lowest cost ÷ its cost). That keeps price in proportion instead of letting it swamp quality.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The page is blocked from sending data anywhere (connect-src 'none').

RFP, RFQ or RFI?

An RFI asks the market what's possible, an RFQ asks for prices on a fixed specification, and an RFP asks suppliers to propose a solution and price for a need you describe, scored on more than price.
